Fill level indicator:
Ideal fill level indicator for greater transparency when handling drums. The volume scale displays the contents of the drum. Can be used for standard 200 l drums and 60 l garage drums. Suitable for non-corrosive fluids such as cooling lubricant concentrates, emulsions, oils, antifreeze agents, fuel oil and other liquid media. More info for download

Automatic Overflow Protection:
A mixer is indispensable for mixing emulsions and grinding solutions. This ensures the liquids are mixed to optimum concentration. The ARIANA overflow shutoff can easily be retro fitted to any ARIANA mixer and effectively prevents the machine from overflowing. When the desired fill level is reached, the overflow shutoff automatically shuts off the KSS supply using the level switch. More info for download

Band skimmer:
The band skimmer effectively removes foreign oils and other impurities from the surface of the cooling lubricant.This helps improve emulsion quality and simultaneously reduces odour formation and the risk of bacterial contamination.

Cooling lubricant aerator:
With our cooling lubricant aerator you can prevent anaerobic bacterial growth and therefore prevent the formation of odour associated with it. The continuous oxygen supply ensures hygienic and stabile emulsion.

Swarf collector:
Our swarf collectors ensure effective removal of metal and plastic chips from the cooling lubricant. This protects the machine components and increases the life of the emulsion.
