Ariana components are the perfect complement for the targeted use of cooling lubricants in the field of machining. In addition to the flexible, tried and tested ARIANA Cool Line system, we offer a variety of mixers and maintenance stations which can be integrated into any workflow.

he ARIANA Cool Line® System makes all the difference. 

The flexibility of the system makes it compatible with 80% of the existing conventional hose systems.

Cool Line components are made from POM (polyoxymethylene, Hostaform®) and are therefore particularly resistant and durable. The systems have the advantage that the modules fit together more tightly. This means maximum stability even with greater compressive load, and guarantees the directional stability of the jet of liquid.

ARIANA mixers 

are indispensable for mixing emulsions and grinding solutions.  Thanks to the reliable valve control, ARIANA mixers allow quick and accurate adjustment of the emulsion concentration of the coolants and lubricants. Optimum concentration of these fluids can therefore be mixed and adjusted consistently. For reasons of safety, there is a check valve on the water inlet side to prevent any suctioning into the drinking water system.

The barrel lid screw connection set ensures a secure connection between barrel and mixer unit. It is extremely compact and easy to use.

ARIANA Maintenance Stations

Contamination of the cooling lubricants by foreign oils or solids during the production process is unavoidable. The ARIANA Maintenance Stations ensure the optimum cleaning and maintenance of emulsions or solutions during the production process. This therefore greatly increases service life and keeps the cost of disposal to a minimum. Up to 97% of any foreign oil entrainment from hydraulics or other machine parts is removed. Maintenance stations like the ARIAN R-3000 operate automatically in bypass mode; no personnel required, allowing high throughput capacity for short operating periods. Our maintenance equipment can be adapted to a variety of scenarios. Integration into a PLC controller is also possible.

We also sell PULSARLUBE lubricators. All our lubricators are supplied with our special greases or industrial oils. All our lubricators have variable dispensing periods of 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 months.
